Warranty Registration
Register your FeedCaddy
Every FeedCaddy spreader is covered by our manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Registering your unit takes 60 seconds and gives us your serial number so we can support you faster if anything goes wrong in the field.
How to register
- Sign in or create a free account at our portal. Use the email you’d like us to use for warranty service.
- Open the Warranty tab in your consumer portal.
- Enter your model, serial number, and purchase date. Your serial number is stamped on the data plate at the top of the hopper.
- Save — you’ll see your warranty expiry date right away, and we’ll email you a confirmation.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for the period stated in your model’s warranty booklet (typically 12 months from delivery, two years on the frame).
- Replacement of defective parts, free of charge, with shipping by ground freight at our cost.
What’s not covered
- Wear-and-tear items — augers, bearings, hoses, belts — beyond their expected service life.
- Damage from improper use, modifications, or installation by an unauthorized party.
- Cosmetic damage (paint chips, decals).
- Freight damage — that’s a carrier claim. Photograph the damage on delivery and contact us within 48 hours.
